What is the ordering process of the machine ？
Step1: Send the product image and PCB size, the size of the pad to us. PDF file, CAD file or geber file for the product.
Step2: We judge the feasibility of soldering.
Step3: The customer sent us 5-10 unsoldered PCB boards and 1 soldered PCB board for each product.
Step4: We do soldering tests in our showroom and record the soldering result. Make the soldering report to the customer. (The results of the machine soldering show that the machine configuration is recommended)
Step5: Customer confirms order.
Step6: The factory began to make machines.
Step7: Machines are shipped to customers.
Can the machine solder products without tin on the pad ？
No, there must be tin on the pad.
Is there a recommendation for the pad design for our hot bar soldering machine ？

Can the soldering tip of the machine be customized ?
